Han Wu received the B.E., M.E.,
and Ph.D. degrees from Northwestern Polytechnical
University, Xi’an, China, in 2018, 2021, and 2024,
respectively. He was a Visiting Scholar at the
University of Eastern Finland, Kuopio, Finland. He
is currently an Associate Professor at the School of
Electronics and Control Engineering, Chang’an
University. He has authored or co-authored more than
20 articles in journals and conference proceedings,
including IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, IEEE
Internet of Things Journal, Expert Systems with
Applications, Applied Energy, and Knowledge-Based
Systems. His research interests include bio-inspired
network design and time-series forecasting. Dr. Wu
received the “Best Student Paper Award” and “Best
Paper Finalist” at the IEEE ICMA 2019. He serves as
an Area Editor for International Journal of
Computational Intelligence Systems and as an
Editorial Board Member for Humanities & Social
Sciences Communications, Scientific Reports,
International Journal of Computer Aided Engineering
and Technology.
Wei Hu

Wei Hu, received his Ph.D.
degree in Computer Science and Technology from
Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in
October 2024. He obtained his M.Sc. degree from
Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in June
2020, and his B.Eng. degree from Central South
University in July 2019. He worked as an Assistant
Professor assistant at the School of Artificial
Intelligence (School of Future Technology), Nanjing
University of Information Science and Technology.
