Peng Ping received the B.S.
degree in automation from the Beijing University of
Chemical Technology, Beijing, China, in 2010, and
the M.S.degree in automation from the Nanjing
University of Science and Technology, Nanjing,
China, in 2013, and the Ph.D degree in instrument
science and technology from the Southeast
University, Nanjing, in 2020. In 2017, he went to
Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan, as a joint Ph.D.
Student. From 2013 to 2015, he was a Research and
Development Engineer as part of the Cloud switch
Group, Huawei Technologies Company, Ltd. Since 2020,
he has been an Associate Professor with the School
of Transportation and Civil Engineering, Nantong
University, Nantong, China. He has authored over 30
influential journals and international conference
papers, and holds more than ten patents. His
research interests include vehicle safety,
Autonomous driving, and driving behavior modeling.
Peizhou Ni
Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China
Dr. Peizhou Ni is a lecturer
and master's supervisor at the School of Artificial
Intelligence (School of Future Technologies) of
Nanjing University of Information Science and
Technology. He earned his doctoral degree from the
school of Instrument Science and Engineering,
Southeast University in 2024. His primary research
focuses on embodied active perception in autonomous
unmanned systems and collaborative perception in
heterogeneous unmanned systems, encompassing areas
such as semantic segmentation, object detection and
place recognition. He has published over 20
high-quality papers in top-tier venues. He holds
four granted national invention patents and serves
as a reviewer for international conferences such as
IEEE TCSVT, Information Fusion, and Pattern
Recognition. He has led 1 Basic Research Program of
Jiangsu, 1 open research project under Shandong Key
Laboratory of Intelligent Monitoring and
Maintenance, and 1 Startup Foundation for
Introducing Talent of NUIST.
